Blahst make two pressure washers and both do the same thing: mount on the wall, auto-retract the hose, stay ready. The only real decision is how much hose you need.
The difference between them
R30
Thirty metres on the reel. Pick this if you have a driveway to cover, a double garage, or anything where you will be walking the hose a fair distance from the mounting point. Blahst R30.
R18
The shorter reel and the lower spend. If you are washing one car in a single garage or a courtyard, the extra twelve metres on the R30 is hose you will never pull out. Blahst R18.
How to actually decide
Walk the route with a tape measure. From where the unit will be mounted, out to the furthest point you want to wash, following the path the hose will actually take around obstacles. Add a few metres. That number tells you which one to buy, and it is a more reliable method than guessing from the garage doorway.
Mounting
Brick, block and concrete take masonry anchors. Plasterboard needs studs or timber backing. Both units are a two-person lift to get onto the wall comfortably. If you would rather have it done for you, see our installation options.
The wider Blahst range
Blahst also make the K21 wall mounted vacuum, the Air Maxx dryer, and a modular wall storage system. The Ultimate Garage Fit-out Bundle puts the cleaning gear together, and the modular wall storage handles everything else on the same wall. Their foam wash concentrate is worth adding if you are running a snow foam cannon.
Blahst against the alternatives
Two comparisons people ask for: R30 vs the Giraffe Grandfalls PRO and Bigboi vs Blahst across the wider ranges.
