The V7746 Stretch Wrap machine automatically attaches and cuts the film, so operators do not need to walk around the pallet or handle the film by hand. A PLC with keyboard interface controls 6 operating modes (5 automatic and 1 manual), letting you save and recall up to 5 wrap programs for different products or customers, which keeps wraps consistent across shifts.

An inbuilt electronic weighing scale uses 4 gravity sensors under the turntable to weigh loads from 50 to 1500 kg with high accuracy, displaying the weight on a digital screen and printing it via the integrated scale printer for records or labels. The V7746 Stretch Wrap machine also comes with a ramp as standard plus front and rear forklift access, making it easy to load and unload pallets without slowing your forklift traffic.
How Does the V7746 Stretch Wrap Machine Protect Loads and Equipment?
Inverter-controlled slow start and stop reduce mechanical shock, extend component life and help prevent load shifting at the start and end of each cycle. The machine auto-detects pallet height and uses variable turntable and film carriage speeds so you can fine tune tension and coverage for different products, with configurable wrap settings at the top, middle and bottom of the pallet.
