The Ranger RB30T is a heavy-duty truck wheel balancer built from the ground up for commercial workloads, not a passenger machine with bigger cones bolted on. It balances wheels up to 150 kg and 1,251 mm diameter, switches between truck and car mode at the push of a button, and turns a full truck assembly around in about 20 seconds. For fleet workshops and high-volume tyre shops chasing throughput, it's the machine that keeps vibration complaints off the phone and vehicles moving through the bay.

Balancing accuracy runs to ±1 gram in car mode and ±12.5 grams in truck mode, with five balancing modes (dynamic, static, ALU1, ALU2, ALUS) covering steel and aluminium wheels. Self-calibration keeps it accurate long term, and error-code diagnostics make troubleshooting straightforward.

Simulates real-world driving conditions to hunt down the subtle vibrations basic balancers miss. The multi-directional quartz piezoelectric sensor array measures across three axes, and the built-in optimisation mode uses tyre rotation guidance to improve balance on problematic wheels.
40 mm hardened steel shaft
Precision-machined for repeatable clamping accuracy under daily commercial abuse. The self-centering quick-chuck system cuts setup time and improves centering on every wheel.
Three-phase motor with solid-state phase converter
Consistent torque from a standard 240 V single-phase supply, without the maintenance headaches of older drive systems. Balancing speeds run 260 RPM in car mode and 135 RPM in truck mode.
Counter-weighted flywheel and reinforced drive belt
The ribbed nylon-fibre serpentine belt resists wear and slippage under extreme loads, while the counter-weighted flywheel keeps operation smooth on the heaviest assemblies.
