Open carport, driveway, visitor bay, or a garage where the nearest wall is on the wrong side. The Ocular IQ EV charger stand is a powder coated steel pedestal that bolts to the ground and takes any charger in the IQ range. Indoor or outdoor, 1.3m tall, 11 kg.

EV charger pedestal: when you need one
Most home chargers go on a garage wall. But if the car lives under a carport, on a driveway, or in a carpark bay with nothing behind it, you need a free standing EV charger mount. The stand puts the charger right beside the bay so a 5m cable reaches without running across the path.

The LTE Plus uses a different bracket and does not fit this stand.
EV charger post installation
The base plate is drilled for anchor bolts into concrete. Your electrician fixes the stand, mounts the charger to the post, and runs the supply cable up through it. Plan the cable route from the switchboard before you pick the spot. Licensed installation required for the charger.
