Bead loosener shovel blade
The multi-axis adjustable shovel blade adapts to a wider variety of tyre and wheel combinations, so one machine covers more jobs.

Pneumatic control valves
45-micron valves with die cast, machined zinc and aluminium bodies. High-performance polyurethane seals and self-lubricating Teflon® piston guides keep things running smooth. Muffled extrication ports blow away dirt and contamination every time the valve releases, cutting down on grime buildup and extending service life.

Foot pedals
Forged steel, not cast iron, so they'll cop everyday abuse in a high-volume shop without complaint. Snap-action spring return gives precise operation, and multi-link rod connections keep plunger movement smooth and non-binding.

Electric motor
Rugged copper rotor construction, high-quality bearings, thermal-cool epoxy insulation and a durable rolled steel frame built to go the distance.

Pneumatic cylinders
